Reghan Sage is a printmaker and bookmaker located in the twin cities. She is currently working towards her BFA in Print Paper Book at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design with a minor in Engaged and Public Arts.

Reghan’s work lies in deep empathy and grief for spaces, specifically familiar natural environments. She focuses mainly on her childhood memories in relation to the land and the homes she loved and lost. She connects those with the memories she continues to make as an adult navigating the outdoors through mature eyes. This results in work criticizing how we as a society interact with the outdoors for the sake of selfish acts. She has found the labor of Print, Paper, and Bookmaking as a cathartic form of processing and making which allows her to work through her sensitivities with material, careful planning, and multi-layering.

While working on her artistic practice, Reghan has also held a job in specialty coffee, allowing her to be a part of a growing community of creative peoples. Being in coffee has given her opportunities to have her work published in Coffee People Zine, and Hey, Barista Magazine. Reghan has also had the opportunity to exhibit her work during Art-A-Whirl, She was invited to be Blu Dot Outlet’s guest artist, as well as being included in the Of The Earth exhibit in Northrup King.
